Really like the concept! Makes you focus on completing specific parts of the board in a nice way. Did find some bugs with the numbers at times, but overall a good experience

Just played and rated, really good fun!

Thanks! Glad you enjoyed

Thanks!

Thank you!

Thanks for this! Glad you enjoyed.

We agree with your comment -- we've started expanding the game, and we're reworking the buttons a bit to try and make it feel clearer and more intuitive.

Fun idea! It might be good to add something which penalises pressing the wrong keys -- I ended up cheating on trickier levels by mashing the whole keyboard...!

Thanks so much for this! Really glad you enjoyed.

Thanks!

We'll move that rightmost door one square over to the right, hopefully that won't make the solution too obvious. And you've just found the basis of a new puzzle, so thank you!

Wow, I did groan... audibly. What a great discovery! We will probably change that in the expanded version, haha

Wow, that's really stumped me -- and we're definitely still talking about Puzzle 25?!

Under six moves means you must not be using buttons, which I didn't think was possible -- and the first move is forced, so then it's just five more moves... you might have to give me another hint here (or even show me if I can't figure it out!)

Amazing! Favourite interpretation of the theme so far. Some nice puzzle-y bits, some good platforming, a light challenge but not too demanding. Feels like there's so much scope to explore here!

Thanks! Yeah, we realised quite a few leave people thinking for a while. Hope you enjoyed!

I don't think I know your solution, and I might need another hint -- it's so hard to see alternatives when all you can think of is the one you designed...! What would you change to make your solution impossible?

The intended solution is figuring out how to move up, does your solution also involve that part?

Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it

Thank you! Glad it was the right level of difficulty :)

Thank you!

Great fun! Still can't make that last jump in the last level, after several attempts haha

Had fun, and I liked that you could switch the colour pallet in the menu!

Would be nice to add some variety (more enemy types, changes with levelling up)

Thank you!

Played and rated, but haven't managed to beat your game yet (I guess I'm a dog too!)

Here's ours, very different but I hope you also like: https://itch.io/jam/1-bit-jam-wow/rate/2224145

Thanks so much! glad you enjoyed :)

Amazing graphics, and such big scope -- crazy that it was made in a week! Well done

Great mechanic, great feel to the platforming physics, great art (I especially love the scarf mixed in with the pixel art)!

My only thought is, for suckers like me who die too often, it would be great to have a couple extra lives to see more of the game!

Thanks so much for this! Glad to hear you'll be coming back -- I'll also be going back to your game to try get those last few levels :)

(we are also very happy with the music, our musicians did such a great job!)

Funnily enough, that level came about because a playtester found an alternate solution to a different level, and I found it interesting so made it it's own puzzle! Do you reckon it's trickier than the last level in that section, and if so should we swap those two round...?

The intended solution involves covering something important and then revealing it later (being cryptic to avoid spoilers!)

Really loved this game - simple, original mechanic executed brilliantly. Puzzles got continuously trickier but stayed fun (I'm still stuck on the one with three stars at the top with black hole on the left and white hole on the right -- I see someone else commented saying they found that one tricky -- can't see how to use that white hole!!)

I also loved the constellations aspect - really enjoyed making these as a reward for finishing levels.

One of my favourites so far, hope the game gets expanded!

Great mechanic! Had a lot of fun getting used to 'jumping' out of sticky situations

Thanks so much, that's so nice to hear!

Thanks so much! Really glad you enjoyed

Hey, just played and rated your game. Thought it was really cool, and felt really big in scope, especially for a game jam!

Here's our game, if you have the time :) https://itch.io/jam/1-bit-jam-wow/rate/2224145

Cool game! Upgrades were a bit tricky in my opinion, but fun dashing around between the worlds

Just played, so great! Love the shader & the visuals, some of the best I've seen so far!

Here's ours if you get the chance :) https://itch.io/jam/1-bit-jam-wow/rate/2224145

Love the shader! Looks beautiful, great fun exploring and seeing everything close up

Just played and rated, really enjoyed the mechanic!

My first game jam also! I've never made a full game before, so I teamed up with someone with more experience -- I learned so much about Unity and level design. I can't wait for the next one -- although Brackey's might be a bit too soon, I need to catch up on sleep first!!
